- 2 tbsp Amaranth
- 1/4 cup Foxnuts (roasted)
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Milk, can also take a vegan alternative
- 1/2 tbsp Jaggery powder, Optional
- 1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 small Cinnamon stick , Optional
Method
- 1)
Dry roast the foxnuts and grind into a coarse powder.
- 2)
Grind the Amaranth also into a coarse powder.
- 3)
In a blender add chopped banana, peanut butter, jaggery powder and half your milk. Blend.
- 4)
Add the Foxnut powder, Amaranth powder, remaining milk and nuts of your choice to the blender. Blend with the rest and your super healthy smoothie is ready!
