  • 3 carrots
  • 25 g sweetcorn
  • 25 g green peas
  • 4 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon mixed herbs powder
  • 2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil, for frying

For dipping and coating:

  • 25 g corn flour
  • 25 g flattened rice (poha)

Method

  • 1)

Steam the veggies in a steamer.

  • 2)

Once cooked, take them out of the steamer and let them cool down.

  • 4)

    Powder the flattened rice

  • 5)

Add the mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, spices, salt and corn flour to a bowl. Knead it to form a dough.

  • 6)

Keep the dough in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours so that there is no moisture left in it.
